Kasus infeksi kulit banyak ditemukan di daerah Air Dingin dengan 1781 kasus pada tahun 2010. Di kota Padang, penyakit kulit infeksi merupakan penyakit nomor dua ternyak dengan 24.058 kasus baru dan 13.148 kasus lama.
